I.Application
The LPC-P2 portable oil particle counter is an instrument specially developed for the detection of pollution level in oil according to national and international standards such as GB/T 18854-2002 (ISO11171-1999). It is suitable for on-site and lab contamination detection of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, rock oil, transformer oil (insulating oil), turbine oil, gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene, water-based hydraulic oil, phosphate ester oil, etc. It can also be installed on various hydraulic transmission, oil filter, washing machine, test bench and other systems to achieve on-line detection of system oil cleanliness. It is widely used in aerospace, electric power, petroleum, chemical, transportation, port, metallurgy, machinery, automobile manufacturing and other fields.

1. The principle of photoresist (shading) test specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee;
2. High-precision laser sensor with wide test range, stable performance, low noise and high resolution;
3. High-precision metering pump sampling method, adjustable injection speed, high sampling volume accuracy;
4. The pipeline adopts 316L and PTFE materials to meet the detection of various organic solvents and oils;
5. For laboratory or on-site measurement, built-in pressure-relief device for online high pressure measurement;
6. Can be connected to the pressure chamber to form positive/negative pressure to achieve high viscosity sample detection and sample degassing;
7. Can use a variety of sampling containers such as standard sampling bottles, sampling cups, or directly into the hydraulic system to meet the testing requirements of different industries;
8. Built-in multiple calibration curve, compatible with all common domestic and international standards for calibration;
9. Built-in GJB-420A, GJB-420B, NAS1638, ISO4406, SAE4059E and ГOCT17216 and other common standards, support custom standard testing, and set the required standards according to customers’ needs;
10. 1000 particle size channels can be set for easy particle size analysis;
11. Built-in data analysis system, which can automatically determine the sample level according to the standard, with automatic data processing and printing functions;
12. Color touch screen operation, Chinese and English dual interface, with preset, input, modification, storage function, easy and fast operation;
13. With RS232 interface, can be connected to computer or laboratory platform for data processing, or use USB for data storage;
14. Built-in lithium battery, can be used without external power supply.
