I.Application
The LPC-L2 particle counter is based on standards such as GB/T 18854-2002 (ISO11171-1999). It is developed by the principle of light resistance (shading) counting, which fully complies with the corresponding national military standards, national standards and international standards. It can provide fast, accurate, reliable and repeatable test results and complete pollution monitoring and analysis report. It is suitable for the detection of particle contamination such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, anti-fuel, insulating oil and turbine oil. It is widely used in aviation, aerospace, electric power, petroleum, chemical, transportation, port, metallurgy, machinery, automobile manufacturing and other fields.
II. Main Features
1. Adopting the principle of light resistance (shading) method developed by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee;
2. High-precision laser sensor with wide test range, stable performance, low noise and high resolution;
3. Adopts high-pressure injection pump sampling method. Sampling volume can be self set with fast sampling speed and high sampling accuracy;
4. Positive and negative pressure combined sampling system, which can achieve sample degassing, suitable for different viscosity test;
5. Built-in pressure sensor which can set the pressure value, and automatically determine the air pressure in the chamber to ensure safety;
6. Built-in air purification system to ensure the test not be polluted;
7. Built-in multiple calibration curve, compatible with all common domestic and international standards for calibration;
8. Built-in GJB-420B, NAS1638, ISO4406 (GB/T14039), SAE4059E and ГOCT17216-71 and other common standards, support custom standard testing, and set the required standards according to customers’ needs;
9. Built-in data analysis system, only one test can show the test data under all standards and pollution level;
10. The particle size can be arbitrarily set, and nearly 10,000 particle diameters are built in, which is convenient for particle size analysis;
11. A variety of sampling containers such as standard sampling bottles or sampling cups can be used to meet the testing requirements of different industries;
12. Full-featured automatic color touch screen operation, support Chinese and English dual interface, easy to operate;
13. Single channel and multi-channel calibration to achieve automatic calibration;
14. With RS232 interface, which can be connected to computer or laboratory platform for data processing;
15. With massive data storage and printing functions. It can store 1000 sets of data and support U disk to store data.
