I. Application
LPC-O online particle counter is developed by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee to determine through the principle of photoresist (shading) method, according to GB/T 18854-2002 (ISO11171-1999) and other national and international standards to measure the concentration of contaminated particles in liquids. The instrument provides fast, accurate, reliable, and repeatable test results. Simple and convenient to operate, it is suitable for online monitoring of various oil systems. It is also possible to connect two (or more) to the same equipment or platform for comparison test, which is simple in operation and flexible in combination. It is widely used in aviation, aerospace, electric power, petroleum, chemical, transportation, port, metallurgy, water treatment, machinery, automobile manufacturing and other fields.
II.Features
1.Adopts the principle of light resistance (shading) method specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee;
2.High-precision laser sensor with wide test range, stable performance, low noise and high resolution;
3.High precision double plunger pump with stable injection speed and high sampling accuracy;
4.Pressure relief device can be equipped for online high pressure test;
5.Built-in GJB-420A, GJB-420B, SAE4059E, ISO4406, GB/T14039, NAS1638 and ГOST17216 and other common standards, support custom standard testing, and set the required standards according to customers’ needs;
6.Built-in data analysis system, which can automatically determine the sample level according to the standard.The alarm function can help to continuously monitor the hydraulic system.
7.Built-in multiple calibration curve, compatible with all common domestic and international standards for calibration;
8.Continuous automatic online detection can be realized, and the detection interval can be set arbitrarily;
9.With RS232, RS485 and USB interface, can be connected to computer or laboratory platform, or connected to on-site industrial main line;
10.With data storage and printing functions, convenient for data sorting and archiving;
11.It is divided into single machine and online type. The online type can connect two (or more) slaves through the host or platform. Thus it achieves upstream and downstream detection, simple operation, combination and change, and application expansion.
