Application
The faults of SF6 electrical equipment are divided into internal faults of the body and faults of the operating mechanism; the faults of the solid insulation inside the body pose the greatest threat to the safety of the equipment. Its internal faults can be divided into two categories: discharge and overheating. The discharge type faults are further divided into suspended potential discharge, ground discharge and inter-turn discharge.
At present, the commonly used electrical tests at home and abroad are generally carried out in a power-off state, and the detection rate of the insulation that poses the greatest threat to safety is very low. The KDFJ-2 decomposition product tester produced by our company is intelligent, with high sensitivity, stability, and easy operation. It can automatically diagnose and put forward treatment opinions based on the detected concentration, providing a simple and effective means for the early detection of internal faults of SF6 electrical equipment.
