I.Application
The instrument is designed and manufactured according to GB/T26984, ASTM D2892,D5236. It’s for testing natural gasoline, motor gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, solvents with special boiling points, naphtha, petroleum solvent oil, kerosene, diesel, crude diesel, distillate fuels and similar petroleum products.
It adopts modular design, the detection part adopts advanced sensors and high-precision AD conversion circuits, the main control part adopts multiple industrial applications, high-reliability 64-bit RISC structure, ultra-low power consumption microprocessor, and good and reliable communication to form each module into a unified and reliable measurement and control platform. All operating parts are driven by stepper motors, which have the characteristics of high precision, low noise, reliable operation, low maintenance and long service life. The running program adopts high-quality and simplest modular program design, and is organically combined with hardware, so that all the work of heating and cooling, liquid level tracking, temperature recording, printing, etc. in the distillation measurement process is automatically completed, achieving a one-key operation mode of outputting results, and the measurement results are automatically compensated under standard atmospheric pressure, which increases the comparability of the test results.
