Introduction
BLS-6536 Automatic Distillation Tester is designed and manufactured according to ASTM D86 ,and the test method of the National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T6536-2010 Determination of Atmospheric Distillation Characteristics of Petroleum Products, suitable for fractional determination of natural gasoline (stabilized light hydrocarbons), motor gasoline, aviation gasoline, jet fuel, solvents with special boiling points, naphtha, spirit spirit, kerosene, diesel oil, gas oil, distillate fuels and similar petroleum products . The instrument can preset 16 sets of measurement parameters for selection when testing different samples. At the same time, the preset parameters are modifiable to meet the requirements of measuring special samples. It is an automatic distillation tester with high detection accuracy, convenient use and high cost performance. The instrument adopts Qualcomm modular program design and is organically combined with hardware, so that the heating and cooling, liquid level tracking, temperature recording, printing and other tasks of the distillation measurement process are automatically completed, and the operation mode of one-click results is achieved.

Features
1. The heating and cooling, liquid level tracking, temperature recording, printing, etc. of the distillation measurement process are automatically completed.

3. The use of infrared liquid level detection is not disturbed by indoor light, the reading of the recovery is accurate, and the detection accuracy is better than the national standard.
4. Imported PT100 glass body temperature sensor is adopted, which is sensitive and precise, and the temperature measurement is accurate and reliable.
5. The constant temperature of the cold bath adopts the compressor imported from Germany, the constant temperature is reliable without lag and not easy to be damaged.
6. The testing process complies with the national standards, and can provide the initial boiling point temperature value and the final boiling point temperature value.
7. The built-in atmospheric pressure detection module automatically completes the pressure correction, so that the experiment is not affected by changes in atmospheric pressure.
8. Equipped with a fire extinguishing system, which can be connected to nitrogen for fire extinguishing. Fast cooling of the still chamber reduces waiting time and increases efficiency.
9. 100 test results can be stored and viewed at any time. The built-in micro thermal printer automatically reports the test results.
10. After placing the sample, set the parameters, the instrument will automatically complete the test, and realize the distillation measurement with one key.
