Application
The fully automatic kinematic viscosity tester BLS-A445 is the latest upgraded product developed by our company, which adopts an integrated floor-standing model.It adopts the most advanced microcomputer program automatic control developed independently, and the whole test process is completed automatically. It is widely used in the testing or measurement departments such as petroleum, chemical industry, military industry, scientific research, pharmacopoeia, etc. to determine the kinematic viscosity (mm2/s) of liquid petroleum products (referring to Newtonian liquids) and polymer dilute solutions.

Main Features
1. It adopts a 10-inch color high-definition LCD touch screen with a full Chinese operation interface, which is easy to operate. It can store 100 sets of test data and query and print at any time. It is equipped with an embedded thermal printer for fast printing.
2. It adopts imported PT1000 platinum resistance temperature sensor, which is accurate in temperature measurement, so that the display resolution reaches 0.001℃ and the temperature control accuracy is ±0.04℃.
3. It has a powerful software data processing system with a viscometer calibration [JJG155] program and a viscosity index calculator.
4. It can perform asynchronous measurement on two samples at the same time, and the processes of constant temperature, detection, calculation, printing, cleaning, and drying are fully automatic.
5. This instrument has certain fault identification, error information output and fault handling capabilities, which is convenient for users to analyze and judge the status of the instrument and quickly handle instrument failures.
