II. Application

The digital liquid density meter is widely used in the measurement of various liquid densities. It has been widely used in various fields such as biochemistry, pharmaceutical, chemical,

petroleum refining, environmental protection, food, wine, pharmaceutical, petroleum and food and beverage processing. It is used in quantitative packaging inspection of quality technical

supervision system and laboratory in colleges and universities. It can be widely used in the

measurement of various liquid densities, and with different concentration conversion software.

It can directly read the concentration value of the corresponding liquid, such as alcohol. Through the processing of the single-chip software, the volume concentration data can be read directly,    and the test is more convenient.

The thermostatic liquid digital density meter measures the liquid density according to the   principle of different oscillation frequencies when the double U-tube is filled with different


medium. After the liquid to be tested is pumped into the resonance tube sensor, the

measurement data is processed by the single chip microcomputer, which is fast and direct, and has high sensitivity. It consists of dual tuning fork density sensor, vibrating tube circuit,

temperature measuring circuit, CPU, display, thermostatic bath, inlet pump, and control panel. It changes the way traditional glass densitometers measure liquid density, making liquid density


measurements more accurate, faster, and more economical.

IV. Features

1. Constant temperature control: adopt thermostatic bath to control; put the sensor and its

components and sample liquid in the constant temperature bath. Detect the temperature of the oscillating tube (sample liquid) by the temperature sensor.The electronic components are

controlled by the single chip to cool or heat the electronic components, so that the temperature in the constant temperature bath is stable within the range of 20℃ ± 0.1℃.

2. Directly display the density value of the liquid at 20℃, and have temperature display window.

3. Automatic sampling: adopt single-chip microcomputer to control the stepping motor to drive the peristaltic pump to absorb samples, improving the automation degree.

4. Data storage and transmission: Built-in memory chip, can store 80 sets of detection data, and can be recalled and deleted. Can be connected to computer through the 232 interface according to user requirements (customized).

5. Calibration function: The instrument is calibrated using 20℃ pure water as a standard, which is the function that the glass density meter cannot achieve.


V. Advantages
