Application
The residual fuel oil total sediment measuring instrument is designed and manufactured
according to ASTM D4870-2009,Proc - A IP 390,Proc - B IP 390,ISO 10307 and SH/T0701 and SH/T0702 Residual
Fuels Total Sediment Determination Method (Aging Method, Heat
Filtration Method). The instrument is suitable for determining residual fuel oil whose viscosity is less than 55 mm 2 /s at 100 ° C and the total sediment in distillate fuel oil containing
residue component.
Features
1.Integrate the SH/T0701 and SH/T0702, the aging method and the heat filtration method into one instrument;
2.Adopts imported glass fiber filter membrane,accurate and error-free weighing;
3.Two samples can be tested at the same time. Parallel test can also be done, convenient to operate;
4.Adopts digital display temperature controller for temperature control with temperature control accuracy up to ± 0.5 ° C. The temperature display is intuitive and accurate.
5.Adopts digital display timer for time display. The timing can reach 99h99m99s.
6.The vacuum degree can reach 40KPa±2 KPa. The vacuum degree is accurately displayed by pressure gauge.The precision regulating valve adjusts the vacuum pressure.
7.The aging bath is formed by metal bath mold, which is safe and environmentally friendly. The sample unit is operated by two holes.
8.Adopts metal bath instead of steam generator for safer, simpler and more environmentally friendly operation.
