I.Application
The LCD screen oil evaporation loss tester is developed and manufactured by our company according to the requirements ASTM D5800 and Chinese Petrochemical Industry Standard SH/T 0059-1996 Lubricating Oil Evaporation Loss Measurement Method (Noack Method).
II.Working Principle
The lubricating oil and base oil heated under certain conditions for 1 hour, and the evaporated oil is carried out by air. The evaporation loss of the sample is determined from the difference in mass of the sample before and after heating.
III.Features
1. Metal bath heating device, safe and environmentally friendly; the bath body is added with Wood alloy for better heat conduction.
2. Imported precision differential pressure gauge to ensure accurate pressure.
3. Equipped with special vacuum suction system, precision needle valve pressure regulation system, imported needle valve to ensure accurate flow regulation.
4. Intelligent LCD touch screen display, automatic temperature control, input quality, automatic calculation of evaporation loss, storage calculation results, timing alarm.
5.Digital timer to record the test time;
6. Evaporation crucible meets ASTM standard;
7. Precision pressure regulation system, imported needle valve to ensure accurate flow regulation;
8. There is gas buffer bottle inside;
9. High-power solid state relay control heater;
10. Imported temperature control meter with accurate control.
