I.Application
The foam tester is designed and made as per the national standard public of china GB/ T1 2 5 7 9 test
method and ASTMD8 9 2 Standard for Foaming Characteristics of Lubricating Oils This instrument can test foam characteristics of engine lubricating oil, gear oil and hydraulic oil , and used to assess the foam
characteristics and stability of petroleum oil. BLS-89 2 petroleum oil foam tester can automatic control
temperature, automatic timing, centralized control a ir source and gas flow. Control with the latest 3 2 - bit ARM processor and PID temperature control and setting techno logy. Color LCD screen display . This
instrument suitable for testing lube oil, fire resistant oil, gear oil and hydraulic oil.
II . Feat u res
1. The instrument isin the form of a split machine, and the constant temperature bath is a round hard glass cylinder, which is beautiful in appearance and convenient for observation. It is equipped with
separate cooling source.
2. Adopting the PID self-tuning temperature control system independently developed by foreign
advanced technology, the temperature control is accurate, the performance is reliable and stable, and the temperature control accuracy is ±0.02℃.
3. The instrument has 4 holes, which can perform 2 groups of sample manipulation experiments simultaneously/individually. 1
4. The operation interface adopts 10-inch touch screen LCD display, equipped with timer, which is Convenient for recording the experimental time during the experiment.
5. The flow meter cabinet is equipped as a whole, which is convenient for foam characteristics
